The Malaga municipalities of Benahavís and Marbella appear among the towns with the most exclusive streets in Spain in terms of prices. According to a study, the Coto Zagaleta urbanization in Benahavís holds the second place with an average price of 7,042,462 euros, while Mozart Street, in Marbella, which ranks third with 5,932,489 euros. Ahead of them is Calle Sant Carles, in the Mallorcan municipality of Calviá, where the owners ask for an average of 7,043,750 euros from anyone who wants to buy one of their luxurious homes.
Next, in fourth place, is the Cascada de Camoján Urbanization, also in Marbella, whose owners ask for an average of 5,444,000 euros for their houses. It is followed by two representatives of the Community of Madrid: the Paseo de los Lagos in Pozuelo de Alarcón, better known as «La Finca», with an average of 5,248,039 euros and the Paseo del Conde de los Gaitanes, in the Madrid urbanization of La Moraleja, with 4,972,656 euros.
