The Iberdrola real estate division will build 41 houses in Elviria

The real estate development, which has already received planning permission, will involve an investment of 18 million euros.

The Iberdrola real estate department will build a series of 41 houses in Las Chapas, east of the municipality of Marbella, for which 18 million euros are to be invested, including the purchase of land. The company received an operating license from the government agency in San Pedro last Monday, December 2.

The campaign is being built on a 6,200 meter plot of land in the Elviria urbanization and consists of two and three-story single-family houses with an avant-garde design, as the company reports. It is being developed on Iberdrola Real Estate and other company properties.

As the company reports, Málaga is one of its main areas of activity as it has promoted more than 1,600 apartments in the province. He is currently developing projects in Marbella, Casares, Manilva and in the Churriana district in the capital of Malaga.

At the same government meeting, licenses for 16 apartments in Artola Alta with an investment of 3.5 million and in Elviria Sur for 70 apartments for 24 million euros were approved.

In the last one, which took place last Tuesday, a further 19 licenses were granted for advertising campaigns, which included an investment of 12.5 million euros.
