Simed, the Mediterranean Real Estate Exhibition, will hold its 21st edition from November 13 to 15 at FYCMA (Málaga Trade Fair and Congress Center), owned by the Málaga City Council, a venue firmly established as a leading space for the comprehensive development of the residential sector. The number of exhibiting companies and organizations has increased by 17 percent for this year’s event, which strengthens its professional program with content focused on public-private partnerships; the challenges of access to housing at the European level; innovation applied to real estate; and the rise of living spaces and new housing models.

With nearly 11,000 square meters of exhibition space, Simed 2025 will bring together the entire value chain of the sector, including developers, construction companies, financial institutions, investors, startups, consultancies, and public administrations. The event will offer a wide range of housing, land, and investment projects, along with advisory spaces for the end visitor, such as the Legal Advice Session and Simed Contigo (Friday afternoon and Saturday, respectively), providing guidance on taxation, financing, and legal security.
The catalog offered at Simed will consist of more than 7,600 homes for sale and rent distributed across the eight Andalusian provinces, as well as Asturias, the Canary Islands, Catalonia, the Valencian Community, Galicia, and Madrid. In addition, more than 4,100 homes will be available in international markets such as the United Arab Emirates, the United States, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic.

There will also be land available for residential projects with capacity for nearly 7,000 homes in Spain and more than 22,000 abroad, in addition to a diverse range of properties including new builds, resale homes, and modular homes, as well as market-rate and subsidized housing.
Furthermore, seven national residential development projects will be unveiled for the first time, launching exclusively at the event. These include Inmocala Real Estate in Fuengirola; Villas de Loix in Benidorm; MDL Carlton in Estepona; Grupo Promar in El Rompido, Mijas, and Seville; Red Lion in Benalmádena and Valencia; Savills in Fuengirola and Torremolinos; and Culmia in Málaga.

Among the new features of this edition is the addition of the Living in Evolution forum, co-organized with Iberian Property, dedicated to analyzing emerging housing models such as flex living, coliving, and build-to-rent, as well as the evolution of the buyer and investment trends in premium residential and branded residences. This event will complement the Simed-ACP Málaga Meeting Point, which will once again bring together the CEOs of the country’s leading developers – AQ Acentor, Culmia, Ginko Advisor, Lagoom Living, LandCo, Metrovacesa, Neinor Homes, and Urbania – and will also feature Juan Verde, a renowned international strategist for the public and private sectors. Simed 2025 will also host the Prime Homes Summit, an international trade mission with participants from 11 countries, organized jointly with Increnta & Avanza and in collaboration with Andalucía TRADE.

The Simed Innovation Zone will showcase the most advanced technology applied to real estate, industrialization, sustainable construction, and the sector’s digitalization. Under this theme, the Innova by Bilba Forum will also take place, focusing on technological transformation and energy efficiency, delving into cutting-edge topics such as the PERTE (Regional Plan for Sustainable Urban Renewal) for housing and the impact of models like the digital twin, among others. The fourth edition of the Open Call for Startups, promoted by the University of Málaga and the Málaga Open for Business Investor Office of the Málaga City Council, will also be held, awarding prizes to the best solutions in the proptech, contech, and fintech sectors.

From November 13 to 15, Simed, the Mediterranean Real Estate Show, will bring together leading experts in the sector to analyze residential market trends and international investment opportunities. This will take place at the Simed-ACP Málaga Meeting Point, a well-established event that will feature the participation of CEOs from the main national developers. The event will also include the new Living in Evolution forum and events such as the Prime Homes Summit.
Simed, the Mediterranean Real Estate Show, presents its program for the upcoming edition, which will be held on November 13, 14, and 15 at FYCMA (Málaga Trade Fair and Congress Center). In this context, the show reinforces its role as a strategic forum for analyzing living trends, public-private partnerships, and the internationalization of the real estate market. Professional registration to attend these events is now available at www.simedmalaga.com.
The ‘Simed-ACP Málaga Meeting Point’, organized in conjunction with the Provincial Association of Builders and Developers of Málaga (ACP Málaga), will be held on Thursday, November 13, and will once again bring together the CEOs and executives of the country’s leading real estate developers and management companies. The session will offer a strategic overview of the present and future of the residential market, analyzing factors such as financing, sustainability, and the evolution of the buyer. Also on November 13, Simed will host the conference ‘Living in Evolution,’ co-organized with Iberian Property, which will address the concept of habitability and the foundations of the living of the future. For its part, the ‘Prime Homes Summit’ will reinforce Simed’s position as a leading meeting point between the real estate offerings of Southern Europe and major international players. This forum is the show’s main networking activity globally, where top-tier developers and marketers will present their second-home developments to agencies and real estate professionals interested in adding properties on the Andalusian coast to their portfolios. It also represents a strategic opportunity for investors, family offices, and wealth managers seeking to diversify and expand their presence in the Spanish market. Furthermore, this year the fair increases its offerings from abroad, targeting investors who will have access to properties located in Dubai, the Dominican Republic, Panama, and the United States.
