A Czech businessman is paying 8 million for an entire floor in the Sierra Blanca Tower complex in Malaga
The Marbella promoter already places the commercialization of the houses that make up the property at 80%, not including the two penthouses for which it does not put a price.
New real estate landmark in Malaga capital. 8 million euros for a complete floor of the tower that the developer Sierra Blanca is building on the west coast of the capital of the Costa del Sol. That is the figure that a Czech businessman has paid to take over level 18 of the property, which accommodates two luxury penthoses.
According to the sources consulted, the businessman’s intention is to maintain the current separation of the luxury flats developed by the Marbella developer in what is his first major project in the capital of Malaga.
The 21-storey tower, designed by the architect Carlos Lamela and which shares a plot with two other Metrovacesa buildings of the same height, accommodates 71 homes, with sales prices starting at 1.4 million euros.
Despite the high starting figure, the marketing process is progressing at a good pace. The level of committed sales is 80%. This implies that there are agreements for the alienation of some 55 residential units.
The data does not include the two penthouses that crown the construction and whose prices have not yet been set. The company’s decision is to postpone the sale of this product for as long as possible.
They are special penthouses, designed by Fendi Casa, with incredible qualities; I think they are going to be the best apartments in Malaga.
