Aedas Homes will invest 48 million euros in two new developments Sunshine and Sunrise
The first will house 50 homes with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms and the second, 20 semi-detached villas with 4 bedrooms, all of them with large terraces or gardens.
The developer AEDAS Homes is going to expand its residential offer in the Soul Marbella complex, an exclusive housing project that stands as the company’s flagship on the Costa del Sol, with the launch of two new developments: Sunrise and Sunshine, which will mean an investment of 48 million euros.
