The most active age segment in the search for properties is between 35 and 44 years, which, according to the report, confirms the rejuvenation of buyers, followed by those between 45 and 54 years. In terms of demand, it focuses on modern-style properties of new construction, “increasing interest in promotions offered by the comforts and open spaces of a villa in an apartment.”
