The architectural masterplan of Dolce & Gabbana DESIGN HILLS MARBELLA is meticulously designed around a parallel longitudinal plateau, offering seamless integration with the existing topography and geography.
The initial plateau, located along the eastern boundary of the plot, is carefully landscaped, skillfully adapting to the natural slopes of the neighboring terrain.
The flora in this area blends harmoniously with the vegetation of the adjacent hill, creating a cohesive visual continuity.
With precision akin to Dolce&Gabbana’s craftsmanship, the project technical blueprint lays the foundation, showcasing architectural elegance and modern ingenuity, inspiring a vision of unparalleled excellence.
The 92 planned luxury homes will be spread across a 90,000-square-meter plot and will range in size from 280 to 900 square meters. The goal is to make the residences, distributed across five buildings surrounded by gardens and infinity pools stretching 500 meters on a hill with an average elevation of 40 meters above sea level, offer views that make them even more desirable.
Each building is designed as a stairway to the Mediterranean, with a white glazed ceramic façade that pays homage to the local architecture. The first images of the project show that these façades have been meticulously designed as screens, offering a blend of privacy and thermal comfort.
Design Hills Dolce&Gabbana Marbella is an exclusive enclave of a meticulously curated collection of hospitality and residential creations, devoted to the art of living.
These homes will be furnished with exclusive pieces from the Casa line, offering a fantasy of colors and prints for fashion enthusiasts. They have also hired Fresh Architectures (for the facade), Storage Milano (for the interiors), and The One Atelier as the lead design studio.

In partnership with Sierra Blanca Estates, the chosen developer, who is also behind the ultra-luxurious villas of Fendi and Karl Lagerfeld on Marbella’s Golden Mile, they unveiled the Design Hills project with the presence of Domenico Dolce and his brother Alfonso Dolce, CEO of Dolce & Gabbana, at La Cabane by D&G, located at the Los Monteros Spa & Golf Resort and led by a collaboration between internationally renowned chef Dani García and the Mosh Group.
