New luxury project in Marbella by Sierra Blanca Estates. The same promoter of Karl Lagerfeld’s villas or one of the three 21-storey towers on the west coast of Malaga, is facing a new residential and hotel project on the Golden Mile of the Costa del Sol town.

More luxury and exclusivity in Marbella. On the Golden Mile of the Malaga municipality comes Marbella Design Hills, hand in hand with the promoter Sierra Blanca Estates. This development, for which around 250 million euros will be invested, will have more than 80,000 m2 of surface area, made up of a high-end housing complex, a luxury hotel and a shopping arcade.

The project encompasses a residential complex with a total of 70 homes conceived under the branded luxury residence typology, where international brands linked to fashion, jewelry, aviation or the automotive industry, among others, are involved in the design and conceptualization. Added to this is a 5-star Grand Luxury hotel development with 80 rooms, a beach club restaurant with an area of 2,000 m2 and, in addition, a shopping boulevard and a public landscaped promenade area that plans to host the largest outdoor art exhibition free from southern Spain.

Marbella Design Hills joins EPIC Marbella furnished by FENDI CASA, the first branded residential project on the Costa del Sol and the first residential project in the world of the fashion firm Karl Lagerfeld that will be developed together with the Marbella developer under the name, Karl Lagerfeld Villas Marbella. These are five exclusive villas whose sales price has not been revealed at the moment, but which already have a long list of interested buyers and investors.
