AEDAS Homes, a national benchmark housing developer, expands its residential offer in Soul Marbella, the exclusive housing project that stands as the company’s flagship on the Costa del Sol, with the launch of Sunrise and Sunshine, two new promotions that are added to Sunset – already under construction – and that will involve an investment of 48 million euros. Soul Marbella is a unique area in the 12-hectare area in which AEDAS Homes has consolidated a unique low-density residential area.
Sunshine is made up of 50 homes with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms with prices starting at € 650,000; and Sunrise is made up of 20 semi-detached 4-bedroom villas starting at € 1,150,000. All the homes have large terraces or gardens and are distinguished by their spaciousness, with functional layouts that seek the best views of the sea and the Santa Clara golf course. In addition, they are equipped with the latest technology in home automation, lighting and air conditioning and have underfloor heating.
Building permit approved
The Manager of the Soul Marbella project, Ignacio Cañedo-Argüelles, emphasizes that both Sunshine and Sunrise “already have the building permit, so we plan to start the construction of both in October and the delivery of the houses would take place at the end of 2023 ”.

The first development of Soul Marbella is Sunset, a project of 42 homes that are in execution meeting the established deadlines. “At the end of this year we will begin to deliver the first homes,” says Ignacio Cañedo-Argüelles, who remarks that Soul Marbella is already a reality whose development is progressing at a very good pace.
The Promotion Manager highlights that Sunset’s sales rhythm has been a success from the beginning, but especially in the last year. “The demand is valuing, above all, the qualities of the houses, the amplitude of both interior and exterior spaces and the large green areas”, he explains.
