A spectacular circuit will take place between Marbella and Puerto Banús, with the double ascent to Ojen, a descent in which you can reach 80 km per hour with the road completely closed and a foot race that goes from Cívitas Puerto de Banús to Marbella .

In this edition, the participation of several world top triathletes is expected. The city of Marbella offers some suggestive and very attractive circuits that, according to the opinion of a large part of its participants, are among the best in the world. Above all, because it has quality ingredients such as the Mediterranean Sea, the beautiful inland towns and the famous enclave of Puerto Banús, the epicenter of the day. To this we must add the characteristics of this test and its hallmarks. A combination of positive elements that have turned Marbella into a sporting benchmark, and its commitment to the IRONMAN 70.3 is a good example of this.

Marbella treasures many positive factors that serve as a claim for triathlon lovers and IRONMAN 70.3 Marbella participants. First of all, the fact that it is the test that opens the season in the peninsula and is the only one that takes place in the south of Spain. And perhaps the most important, such as the unmistakable character of the south, with its culture and gastronomic offer. All this generates a high interest in this event, as can be seen year after year since its first edition in 2018.
