An investment fund of Russian origin invests 200 million in real estate projects on the Costa del Sol

 

The reactivation of the real estate sector once again attracts capital from the most diverse origins and the Costa del Sol has regained its status as the main attraction. The investor fund of Russian origin Velum Group is developing projects for more than 200 million euros and next Wednesday will present in Marbella one of them, the so-called ‘The Palacetes de Banús’ which consists of the construction of luxury villas in the area from Río Verde, 700 meters from the beach of Puerto Banús.

The company, which was established in Spain in 2016, is headquartered in Marbella, with an investment portfolio of more than 200 million euros. It has an urbanizable area of ​​245,000 square meters with the possibility of developing more than 100,000 square meters of roof.

The Palacetes de Banús, which already has a building license, are eight villas built in a contemporary style and differentiated from each other designed by the architect Oscar García De La Peña, from Estudio Arquim. Each villa has more than 1,000 square meters and more 500 square meters of terraces and porches with green areas. The price ranges between five and a half million and six million euros. The expected delivery date is in 2021.
